Cancellation, Shipping, and Refund Policy

We want you to have an exceptional shopping experience at Chinelle. To maintain complete transparency, our operational policies regarding shipping, order cancellations, and refunds are detailed below.

1. Shipping Policy

  • Local Shipping (Within Pakistan): We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • International Shipping: We currently fulfill orders within Pakistan. (If you plan to ship internationally, state: International orders take approximately 7 to 14 business days depending on destination destination zones).

2. Order Cancellation

  • Customers can request an order cancellation at any time before the order is dispatched/shipped by our warehouse.

  • To cancel your order, please immediately notify us via email or phone call with your Order ID. Once an order has been handed over to the courier service, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must be followed instead.

3. Returns and Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and inside their original packaging with all retail tags intact.

  • Perishable goods, customized items, or innerwear are exempt from being returned unless received damaged.

4. Turnaround Time for Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The payment will be credited back to your original payment method (via Safepay) or through an agreed-upon direct bank transfer within 5 to 7 business days.
